Our Mares
We are gradually expanding our herd of broodmares. We feel very strongly that the mare’s temperament plays a crucial role in the foals’ early development. Conformation, size and color round out our decision.
- Willow

>> MORE INFO << 		Willow is a Grulla mare standing around 15.1-2 HH. She was broke to ride in 2010 and has been used for a broodmare due to conformation, and color.

Provided us with a grulla roan colt in 2011 (Smokey X Willow). Aspen is a very cute and talented colt (see on foals page)

She has been bred to another blue roan stallion for a 2012 foal.

She is started and has been worked lightly on the trails and in the arena. She has been ponied and ponied from. Was sent out west for a chunk of the summer where she learned about hills, rivers, and had a variety of riders on her.
